I ordered the deep blue hydrangeas and some light blue hydrangeas flowers for my grandson's baptism reception. They were absolutely beautiful. The colors were true to the pictures and description. I couldn't believe how large they were. I had many compliments on them. They were delivered a day later than scheduled because of Fed Ex and Easter holiday, but Echo Fresh Blooms kept me updated. The day late delivery had no effect on the flowers. I would definitely order flowers again from Echo Fresh Blooms. I was quite pleased.

The flowers came on time and they were beautiful! The white hydrangeas are my mothers favorite and they were perfect for after her surgery! The customer service was excellent and they also sent extra flowers that were gorgeous as well.

The scheduled delivery date was

The scheduled delivery date was on Thursday, 6/22. I received an email to advise the delivery was being delayed and I would receive them on Friday. 6/23. I needed them for a baby shower the following day, Saturday. On the website, it was advised to have them delivered 2 days prior to the event. Friday night I called FedEx to track my shipment and was told the package was in Memphis, TN and the representative submitted a ticket and someone was supposed to call me back. By this time, I knew they wouldn't be here in time so I ended up going to a local grocery store and purchased new hydrangeas so I can make my centerpieces. Saturday morning at 10:00 am, the flowers were delivered. I opened the box only to find several hydrangeas with brown flowers on them, as if they were burnt. They looked horrible. I wasn't even able to use them at all. It was a total waste of money.

I received the flowers on a Tuesday (as scheduled) they were in water within 30 minutes and 1/2 of the flowers were dead 2 days later.

Picture perfect

I was somewhat reluctant to order flowers on the internet. However, the hydrangeas were perfect. The customer service was also exceptional. I received a phone call immediately after placing the order explaining the delivery date. The delivery was completed in a timely fashion the day before the event. The 20 flowers were used as centerpieces for 8 tables at an 80 th birthday dinner. We received numerous compliments on the flowers and my kids fought over who could take how many home with them. 5 days later the blooms are still perfect. Will order from eco fresh again!

Blown Away- Amazing

I was incredibly nervous to order the flowers for my best friend's baby shower online. This website had the best reviews I could find so I gave it a try. They came exactly on time. Wrong colors of flowers

The seller sent the wrong colors of flowers and it was very disappointing since the entire event had a specific color palette. There wasn’t enough time to sent new flowers and I got stuck with a lot of flowers that I couldn’t use.
However the customer service was nice and apologized for the big mistake. I got reimbursed for the flowers and went last minute shopping around town to find the colors I needed.

The flowers came well packed in water baggies. I loved the variety of colors. Unfortunately they haven't lasted quite as long as I would have liked. So beautiful for the first 2 days though! A few of them got kinda wilty after that.

All the flowers were in good condition. The wrapping of the flowers was done well. There wasn't enough plant food for the amount of flowers purchased. However, they survived and didn't wilt in just water. I did appreciate the instruction videos sent to me before recieving the flowers.

Ordered both light pink & white hydrangeas. The white were perfect. The pink didn’t hold up as well. Some were turning brown upon arrival. I had to run out and replace them before my event. Maybe they’re just more delicate?
