Wrong colors of flowers

The seller sent the wrong colors of flowers and it was very disappointing since the entire event had a specific color palette. There wasn’t enough time to sent new flowers and I got stuck with a lot of flowers that I couldn’t use.
However the customer service was nice and apologized for the big mistake. I got reimbursed for the flowers and went last minute shopping around town to find the colors I needed.

Mixed

Ordered both light pink & white hydrangeas. The white were perfect. The pink didn’t hold up as well. Some were turning brown upon arrival. I had to run out and replace them before my event. Maybe they’re just more delicate?
