I received my hydrangeas today and they are beautiful!! I want to thank Diana in CustomerCare for her assistance. I will be using Ecofresh Blooms in the future.

The scheduled delivery date was

The scheduled delivery date was on Thursday, 6/22. I received an email to advise the delivery was being delayed and I would receive them on Friday. 6/23. I needed them for a baby shower the following day, Saturday. On the website, it was advised to have them delivered 2 days prior to the event. Friday night I called FedEx to track my shipment and was told the package was in Memphis, TN and the representative submitted a ticket and someone was supposed to call me back. By this time, I knew they wouldn't be here in time so I ended up going to a local grocery store and purchased new hydrangeas so I can make my centerpieces. Saturday morning at 10:00 am, the flowers were delivered. I opened the box only to find several hydrangeas with brown flowers on them, as if they were burnt. They looked horrible. I wasn't even able to use them at all. It was a total waste of money.

Beautiful hydrangeas

I was little hesitant about ordering flowers online but I'm so glad I did. The hydrangeas are fresh and beautiful!

Great customer service!

The flowers came on time and they were beautiful! The white hydrangeas are my mothers favorite and they were perfect for after her surgery! The customer service was excellent and they also sent extra flowers that were gorgeous as well.
